will conduct a workshop 
"Create a Tiny Landscape"   

Start with a tray, create a base of soil and moss. Plant a selection of miniature plants for a burst of green. Add a house tucked among the foliage. To finish the look add stones, wood cuts, and reindeer moss. You have created a tiny landscape to take home with you. 

All materials provided.

"Create an Air Plant Terrarium"

Air plants are unique - they don’t need soil to grow, just air and a little water. Airplants come in different shapes, colors and sizes, so they are wonderful plants to use in a terrarium. Your terrarium will be full of color and texture. The variety of decorative elements that you add are endless. You are limited only by your own creativity.
Materials include: 8” glass bubble bowl, a selection of ariplants, decorative elements such as moss, wood, rocks, stones, glass chips, and more.

Herbs can be easy to grow and harvest. Even without a garden herbs can be grown in containers on patios, decks, and windowsills. Learn how to grow
in a container and create a 12" planter with your choice of herbs from our greenhouses.

Provided for workshop:
12" Planter, potting soil, fertilizer and three herbs of your choice

"Tea Blending"

Learn how to properly brew tea and many guidelines for creating your own tea formula.  We will be using a large variety of ingredients such as herbs from the garden, items from the pantry plus black tea and green tea. Everyone will try their hand at making a tasty tea blend.

"Kokedama:  Moss Planter"

Kokedama is a form of Japanese garden art.  The spherical planters are formed around the roots of our plants and are coated in a sheet of moss, and secured with twine wrapping.
 All Materials are included in the workshop fee
